YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

- Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas

- Unloading and putting away deliveries

- Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors

- Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly

- Deep cleaning fridges and store rooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards

- Completing open and closing checks

- Maintain the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times

- Report any issues to the Chef de Partie

- Support with stock-takes and deliveries

You'll be a passionate, driven and creative chef looking to take the next step in your career. Someone who has a genuine interest in cookery skills and techniques and genuinely cares about food.

You'll be comfortable in a busy kitchen, managing multiple tickets and working on or supporting different sections. You'll have great communication and will be a team player, some one who brings people together to problem solve and smash any targets set for you and your team.

Knowledgeable with regards to food safety and health and safety and uncompromising when it comes to upholding the highest of cleanliness and hygiene standards.

A positive, can do attitude. Friendly, collaborative and always up for a challenge.
