New Duck and Blackcurrant Dish

Our headchef Jack Fields took to the stage at Nantwich Food Festival on Saturday 3rd September in the Reaseheath Food Theatre in Love Lane and did a brilliant demonstration.

He showed how to butcher a duck (not from the village pond!) and then took us through the new duck dish with blackcurrant that’s just made it on to the Seasonal Specials on the menu from Wednesday evening.
