If you’re following any other local pubs and restaurants you’ll see just about everyone is recruiting for front and back of house staff, one Nantwich restaurant has even closed their kitchen for six weeks. We took the decision to reduce our menus to work around having a smaller team. We’ve been actively recruiting and consequently our menus are gradually growing in size as we get up to speed.
