We’ve been introducing some new dishes to our menu in the past week and changing things up to reflect the move in to Autumn.
The pictured dish is a new Seasonal Special, pan roasted Stone bass with shredded kohlrabi, smoked coley spring roll, pickled dill and cod’s roe sauce…it’s delicious!
There’s a new house curry on the pub classics too with tandoori chicken breast, basmati rice, apricot chutney and chapatis.
Head chef Jack Fields and his team cook from scratch, it’s not sauces out of jars of food out of a freezer at the White Lion Hankelow.
