The White Lion at Hankelow is hosting a wine evening with Neil Goldie, Wine Buyer and Director at House of Townend Wines. With over 30 years experience of wine tasting, buying and discovering, Neil has trained many sommeliers and wine professionals world-wide and his skills, passion and knowledge can now be shared with you.

The evening will consist of an introduction to wine tasting, and a systematic ( and Fun ! ) journey of discovery through 6 wines, each chosen to show a different aspect of wine. Whilst this is a ( very ) sociable evening, you will also discover some secrets of the trade, learn about the people, the places and the way the wines are made and have time to taste, evaluate, learn, ask questions and  enjoy 6 amazing wines.
