Neil’s providing us with all the refreshing drinks this summer and has come up with this easy-to-make zingy grapefruit spritzer for us all to enjoy and try out at home.

SO WHETHER YOU’RE JOINING US OUTSIDE AT THE WHITE LION, OR NEED A CROWD PLEASER WHILST HOSTING AT HOME, GIVE THIS COCKTAIL A TRY.

Freshly squeezed grapefruit combined with the orange flavours of cointreau, and a crisp wine combine to deliver a zesty, zingy treat that’s sure to become your sunny season favourite.

Ingredients

50ml Le Charme Sauvignon Blanc

25ml Cointreau

5ml Grenadine

Lemonade

2 slices of grapefruit

Ice cubes

Method

-Set aside a Poco Grande/Pina Colada cocktail glass, filled with ice cubes.

-Into a cocktail shaker, add 1 slice of grapefruit, along with the Le Charm, Cointreau and Grenadine. Top up with ice cubes. Shake vigorously.

-Double strain into your ice-filled glass.

-Top with lemonade, garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

-Serve and enjoy!
